Join us for Maintain Don’t Gain, a challenge designed to keep you on track throughout the holiday season!

The Maintain Don’t Gain details:

  1. You’ll send your initial weigh in to me during Thanksgiving weekend.
  2. You’ll weigh in and submit your weigh in photo each week.
  3. The goal? Stay within one pound of your starting weight (of course it can be lower!).
  4. Finish the entire challenge and be entered to win a prize!

The challenge runs from Thanksgiving weekend until January 12th.

During the six week challenge, you’ll have access to:

  1. Our private FB community.
  2. Recipes and example meal plans.
  3. My workout library with exercise routines for all levels, including seated modifications.
  4. Our coaching call archives with helpful info on all wellness related topics.
  5. Live events: Weekly coaching calls and workouts!
  6. Daily support and accountability!

You’ll pay just $10 for the 6-week challenge.
